I provide structured guidance drawing from over 18 years experience in this field and evidence based therapeutic and body work approaches. Registered with the Australian Counselling Association at a level 4.

I respect the wisdom and knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders peoples and their ongoing caretaking and connection to the lands, sky lands, waterways and spirituality.
