About me
I provide structured guidance drawing from over two decades experience in this field and evidence based therapeutic and body work approaches.
As a therapist I understand the importance of committing to my own therapeutic journey I cannot assist others without working through my own history of lived experiences. I do this through a variety of modalities and ongoing education, I have an ongoing passion for learning and opening up to different ways of viewing ourselves, others and the dynamics inbetween.
My therapeutic focus is on assisting others to understand and reinstate personal and interpersonal boundaries. Which in turn increases levels of self trust, this is a foundational grounding to coming back home to self and being more self led.
I respect the wisdom and knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders peoples and their ongoing caretaking and connection to the lands, sky lands, waterways and spirituality. I acknowledge the traditional caretakers of the lands on which I work being the Bunurong people of the South-Eastern Kulin Nation. I hold gratitude to Miriam-Rose Ungunmerr’s powerful sharing of Dadirri and practices of deep listening and encourage others to explore this ancient powerful wisdom further please head to the miriamrosefoundation.org.au
