Practice focus

My approach is to provide a safe space that encompasses all aspects of the self, body, mind and soul to assist in guiding you through your own life’s challenges. The way we are treated in our relationships throughout our lives creates a blue print for how we think/feel we should be treated in relationships. This can remain unconscious to us and continue to play out over and over again in unhealthy and unfulfilling ways in relationships both personally and professionally.

As a therapist I am deeply curious about different types of therapeutic and body based approaches that can be accessed to assist people I work alongside. I am frequently accessing professional and personal development in a variety of areas ongoing to maintain my skills and knowledge in this field. I also prioritise my own ongoing inner work to work through my history of experiences and increase and expand my own self awareness.

I can also provide the option of anonymity for counselling services if you would prefer to access therapy without being personally identified this can be explored as an option and arranged by phone. Payment for session is required 24 hours prior to the sessions for this option.
